The Team
Operators First.
Consultants Second.
Prometheus Aerospace Consultants is led by executives who have lived these challenges from the inside — leading large-scale airline maintenance operations, not advising from the outside.
Founder & Managing Partner
Constantine Fotiadis
- B.S. Aviation Technologies — Southern Illinois University

"Transforming maintenance planning into a strategic lever for operational dominance, cost efficiency, and enterprise value creation."
Constantine Fotiadis is a senior aviation executive with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale maintenance planning, operational transformation, and enterprise performance initiatives across global airline networks.
As Founder and Managing Partner of Prometheus Aerospace Consulting, Constantine advises airline executive teams on optimizing maintenance planning architecture, improving operational resilience, and unlocking significant cost efficiencies. His approach blends deep technical expertise with executive-level strategy, enabling organizations to translate complex operational challenges into measurable financial and performance outcomes.
Prior to founding Prometheus, Constantine held a senior leadership role at a major global airline, where he was responsible for maintenance planning across a fleet exceeding 1,000 aircraft. He led a multi-layered organization of senior leaders, managers, and planners, driving system-wide improvements in maintenance execution, workforce utilization, and network alignment.
Throughout his career, Constantine has consistently delivered high-impact results, including multimillion-dollar cost reductions, large-scale fuel savings, and substantial carbon emissions mitigation. He has led critical operational initiatives under compressed timelines, including fleet-wide regulatory compliance programs and peak-season readiness strategies, ensuring operational continuity at scale.
Constantine is recognized for his ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering directly with executive leadership, engineering, and network operations to design and implement planning systems that are both operationally robust and financially optimized. His core expertise includes maintenance program structuring, work package optimization, labor and capacity modeling, and the development of predictive, data-driven planning frameworks.
